"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

You really need to learn how to take criticism. It's what makes you a better artist/ photographer/ whatever. There will always be somebody who will criticize or make fun of what you do, so get used to it. And does it make you a better person to go dissing them? Does it make you a better artist? I don't think so. It just shows how immature you are. And really, does someone need to have something up to critique someone else? Is it some unspoken, unwritten law of DA? And I may be an emo, but you'll always be a jerk.

And people don't need talent to know what's good and what isn't. I know I'm not the best artist in the world, but I do know what is good art and what isn't.
